(“Total Play”), a leading telecommunications company in Mexico, which offers internet access, pay television and telephony services, through one of the largest 100% fiber optic networks in the country, announced today that Fitch Ratings upgraded Total Play’s rating to ‘B’ from ‘B-‘ and also raised the rating of its Senior Secured Notes to ‘B’ with a recovery rating of ‘RR4’ from ‘B-‘/’RR4’. Fitch Ratings also upgraded the rating of its Senior Unsecured Notes to ‘CCC+’/RR6 from ‘CCC/RR6’. The outlook is stable.
