ZKP Crypto’s Massive 190M Daily Token Supply Turns Heads While ETH & XRP Stay Cautious

2026/01/30 23:02

The broader crypto market is currently passing through a steady period where confidence feels restrained, and structure is taking priority over rapid movement. Price action across leading assets shows hesitation rather than urgency. Ethereum has slowed as buyers and sellers pause near important technical levels, while XRP continues to settle after earlier volatility without a clear continuation. Instead of sharp moves, prices are tightening, reflecting hesitation across large-cap assets and a wait-and-see mindset.

Against this backdrop, ZKP crypto is gaining attention within conversations around the best crypto to buy, driven less by short-term price movement and more by how access and participation are organized. As discussions around the best crypto to buy continue, interest is shifting toward projects that emphasize clarity, fair entry, and visible activity. With major coins trading cautiously, ZKP’s daily on-chain distribution, clearly defined mechanics, and active $5M giveaway are drawing notice during a time of limited conviction.

Ethereum Holds Support as On-Chain Signals Diverge

Ethereum is currently hovering near $2,780–$2,800 after rebounding from a key ascending trendline, with mixed signals continuing to shape the short-term outlook. Prices fell roughly 3–4% during the recent pullback, triggering approximately $120 million in long liquidations. Despite the volatility, the broader technical structure remains intact, with ETH still holding above several important support zones.

On-chain data highlights a clear divergence in positioning. Large holders accumulated nearly 190,000 ETH over the past week, signaling longer-term conviction, while smaller wallets distributed more than 510,000 ETH amid heightened geopolitical and macro uncertainty. This split suggests indecision rather than a full-scale shift toward risk aversion.

Meanwhile, Ethereum’s underlying network activity continues to strengthen. Weekly active addresses reached a record high near 706,000, while daily transaction counts climbed to new highs. Even with rising usage, transaction fees have continued to trend lower, reflecting efficiency gains from recent upgrades such as Fusaka, which improved throughput and expanded gas limits.

XRP Price Movement Stays Range Bound

XRP has entered a consolidation phase following its earlier advance, with price action now stabilizing at lower levels. The token is currently trading in the $1.65–$1.75 range, consolidating below a well-defined resistance zone near $2.00–$2.10, which has capped recent recovery attempts. This behavior aligns with a descending triangle-style structure, typically associated with market digestion rather than immediate directional resolution.

Liquidity data suggests that XRP briefly absorbed sell-side pressure before losing upside momentum, pointing to conditional bullish potential rather than a confirmed breakout. Analysts continue to emphasize that a sustained reclaim above the $2.00 resistance area—ideally accompanied by rising spot volume—would be required to validate trend continuation. Absent those signals, sideways price action may persist longer than many market participants expect.

Beyond price dynamics, transparency around XRP’s circulating supply has improved. Newly introduced dashboards now track the full 100 billion XRP supply, detailing escrow balances, exchange-held tokens, and retail distribution. While these tools do not predict price direction, they offer clearer insight into supply flows and distribution dynamics, supporting more informed market analysis.

As with Ethereum, XRP remains a core reference point, but its cautious stance has created room for alternative narratives within the best crypto to buy discussion.

ZKP Daily Presale Auction Structure Gains Attention

While Ethereum and XRP remain locked in consolidation, ZKP is being discussed for its structured participation model rather than chart-driven speculation. ZKP runs a daily, on-chain presale auction that releases 190 million ZKP every 24 hours using a proportional system. The presale auction is live now and operates on a transparent schedule.

There are no fixed pricing tiers, private allocations, or preferred access. Participants join each UTC-based presale auction window, and ZKP becomes claimable immediately once the window closes. This approach emphasizes equal access and visible distribution, which many now associate with the best crypto to buy narrative.

Alongside the presale auction, ZKP is conducting a $5 million USD giveaway, where 10 participants receive $500,000 worth of ZKP each. Entry conditions remain straightforward: hold $100 worth of ZKP, follow official channels, share giveaway details, and invite others through referrals. For those evaluating the best crypto to buy, this mix of daily presale auction rounds and clearly defined rules has strengthened ZKP’s position.

From an infrastructure perspective, ZKP is built as a Substrate-based Layer 1 supporting both EVM and WASM execution. The network uses zero-knowledge proofs to confirm off-chain computation on-chain, allowing complex workloads to be validated without exposing sensitive data. Dedicated hardware units known as Proof Pods handle computation, generate proofs, and earn ZKP only after validation. Proof Pods are shipping and delivering, reinforcing that the infra and network are active.

Transparency remains central to ZKP’s design. Every task, proof, and ZKP reward is verifiable on-chain. Participants can review task history, live compute metrics, daily uptime, performance data, rewards by day and level, and upgrade progress through dashboards and device interfaces. This setup creates a system where contribution is visible and auditable rather than assumed. This infra-led approach explains why ZKP is increasingly mentioned alongside established assets when discussing the best crypto to buy.

Wrapping Up!

The contrast between consolidation in major assets and structured engagement within ZKP is becoming clearer. Ethereum’s steady behavior and XRP’s compression point to patience rather than momentum. At the same time, ZKP’s daily distribution, verified activity, and defined presale auction timeline provide measurable participation during uncertain conditions.

As market participants reassess timing and exposure, the best crypto to buy debate is expanding beyond price direction alone. Greater emphasis is being placed on how projects function under pressure and maintain transparency. Whether leading assets eventually break higher or continue to consolidate, ZKP’s participation-first structure has secured its place within ongoing best crypto to buy conversations.

The Channel Factories We’ve Been Waiting For

The post The Channel Factories We’ve Been Waiting For appeared on BitcoinEthereumNews.com. Visions of future technology are often prescient about the broad strokes while flubbing the details. The tablets in “2001: A Space Odyssey” do indeed look like iPads, but you never see the astronauts paying for subscriptions or wasting hours on Candy Crush.  Channel factories are one vision that arose early in the history of the Lightning Network to address some challenges that Lightning has faced from the beginning. Despite having grown to become Bitcoin’s most successful layer-2 scaling solution, with instant and low-fee payments, Lightning’s scale is limited by its reliance on payment channels. Although Lightning shifts most transactions off-chain, each payment channel still requires an on-chain transaction to open and (usually) another to close. As adoption grows, pressure on the blockchain grows with it. The need for a more scalable approach to managing channels is clear. Channel factories were supposed to meet this need, but where are they? In 2025, subnetworks are emerging that revive the impetus of channel factories with some new details that vastly increase their potential. They are natively interoperable with Lightning and achieve greater scale by allowing a group of participants to open a shared multisig UTXO and create multiple bilateral channels, which reduces the number of on-chain transactions and improves capital efficiency. Achieving greater scale by reducing complexity, Ark and Spark perform the same function as traditional channel factories with new designs and additional capabilities based on shared UTXOs.  Channel Factories 101 Channel factories have been around since the inception of Lightning. A factory is a multiparty contract where multiple users (not just two, as in a Dryja-Poon channel) cooperatively lock funds in a single multisig UTXO. They can open, close and update channels off-chain without updating the blockchain for each operation. Only when participants leave or the factory dissolves is an on-chain transaction…
