XRP News Gets Old as Funtico Unveils Presale of EV 2

Crypto Presales

The EV2 Presale keeps pulling attention as it crosses the early phase with momentum that feels almost unusual for a new gaming token.

Each EV2 token is priced at $0.01 during this stage, and with more than $440,000 already raised, investors are starting to wonder whether this project might follow a path familiar to names like XRP and Chainlink.

That thought becomes harder to ignore when over 44 million tokens have already been purchased and a $500,000 reward program is sitting on the table for participants across the Funtico website, Telegram channel, and X page.

Bringing EV2 into the same conversation as XRP and Chainlink might feel too quick at first, but the project has carved out something rare. XRP built its identity on cross-border speed, while Chainlink reshaped the oracle sector. EV2 takes a different route by connecting real gameplay with player ownership in a way that feels bold without slipping into hype. The design of each suit and the depth of the combat system add a sense of identity, which matters more than most people admit.

The story places players inside EV2 combat suits powered by energy drawn from ancient El’Dar Beasts. The universe is torn apart by an invasion led by the Hive Mother Zadrovan, and players fight across a campaign spread through 5 planets with wildly different environments. It is the kind of world that makes people pause for a moment because it feels like more than another sci-fi skin.

EV2 Game Modes Give the Project an Advantage Beyond Price

One of the strongest parts of EV2 is how the game modes are designed to pull players in without forcing them through complicated rules. Take Fracture for example. It throws 25 players into a chaotic free-for-all where glowing cubes in green, blue, and red decide whether a player gets a shot at finding a hidden relic. Collect 2 cubes of each color and the relic appears. Die and the progress resets instantly. Whoever reaches the relic triggers a 5-minute countdown and becomes the target for everyone else. It is wild but strangely strategic.

Then comes Survivor, a last-man-standing mode where a single mistake is enough to end a run. No squads and no shortcuts. Just one player against every threat inside the arena. The shrinking safe zones and the unpredictable enemy paths make the suit choice even more important. The Brute suit helps with durability when the pressure gets messy, while the Cloaker leans on stealth and well-timed strikes.

Why EV2 Keeps Building Momentum While Others Stall

When comparing EV2 with established assets like XRP and Chainlink, the angle is simple. XRP offers structure and Chainlink provides infrastructure, but EV2 brings a living world that rewards those who spend time inside it.

With a presale price of $0.01 and the next stage already planned at $0.015, the interest around it is not surprising. Some projects ask the market for trust while EV2 lets the players decide if it deserves it.

Cashing In On University Patents Means Giving Up On Our Innovation Future

The post Cashing In On University Patents Means Giving Up On Our Innovation Future appeared on BitcoinEthereumNews.com. “It’s a raid on American innovation that would deliver pennies to the Treasury while kneecapping the very engine of our economic and medical progress,” writes Pipes. Getty Images Washington is addicted to taxing success. Now, Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick is floating a plan to skim half the patent earnings from inventions developed at universities with federal funding. It’s being sold as a way to shore up programs like Social Security. In reality, it’s a raid on American innovation that would deliver pennies to the Treasury while kneecapping the very engine of our economic and medical progress. Yes, taxpayer dollars support early-stage research. But the real payoff comes later—in the jobs created, cures discovered, and industries launched when universities and private industry turn those discoveries into real products. By comparison, the sums at stake in patent licensing are trivial. Universities collectively earn only about $3.6 billion annually in patent income—less than the federal government spends on Social Security in a single day. Even confiscating half would barely register against a $6 trillion federal budget. And yet the damage from such a policy would be anything but trivial. The true return on taxpayer investment isn’t in licensing checks sent to Washington, but in the downstream economic activity that federally supported research unleashes. Thanks to the bipartisan Bayh-Dole Act of 1980, universities and private industry have powerful incentives to translate early-stage discoveries into real-world products. Before Bayh-Dole, the government hoarded patents from federally funded research, and fewer than 5% were ever licensed. Once universities could own and license their own inventions, innovation exploded. The result has been one of the best returns on investment in government history. Since 1996, university research has added nearly $2 trillion to U.S. industrial output, supported 6.5 million jobs, and launched more than 19,000 startups. Those companies pay…
