3 Tokens Investors Are Turning to as XRP Slides Below $2 Amid Weak Retail Demand

4 min read

XRP’s drop below the $2 mark has become one of the clearest signs that retail demand for the token is weakening. Trading activity has thinned, and investor sentiment has cooled. Capital is now shifting towards projects that demonstrate stronger momentum and clearer utility.  As a result, many investors are shifting toward tokens that can outperform in a changing market. Three assets in particular are now emerging as top alternatives for investors seeking better growth opportunities as XRP loses momentum. These include Little Pepe (LILPEPE), Quant, and Telcoin.

Little Pepe (LILPEPE): The Meme-Driven Layer-2 Gaining Momentum

Little Pepe (LILPEPE) is gaining attention as it builds the first meme-only Layer Two. Many meme coins rely solely on virality. However, Little Pepe is gaining traction because it combines meme appeal with tangible blockchain innovation. This makes it an appealing destination for traders seeking upside beyond XRP’s stagnation. Little Pepe’s ecosystem is designed for scalability and high-throughput activity. It supports zero-tax trading, sniper-bot resistance, and a dedicated meme launchpad known as Pepe’s Pump Pad. It aims to become a functional hub for meme creators and traders. Investor confidence has continued to rise thanks to the project’s strong foundation. This includes a CertiK audit score of 95.49% and verified pages on CoinMarketCap and CoinGecko. The presale has already pushed through multiple stages. At stage 13, the project has raised $27.7 million at a current token price of $0.0022. Its narrative-driven roadmap from “Pregnancy” to “Birth” to “Growth” has also helped build a strong brand identity that keeps the community engaged. Excitement is growing as a major milestone will be hit when the coin lists on the two top-tier Centralized exchanges, as confirmed by the team. Crucially, the token’s high reward potential is what’s pulling in XRP holders. First-stage investors are already sitting on over 2x returns.  With a low entry price, a 26.5% presale allocation, and a massive $777,000 giveaway, Little Pepe offers the kind of early-stage potential that large-cap assets like XRP can no longer offer.  As market sentiment shifts toward high-growth microcaps, LILPEPE may emerge as one of the most promising breakout tokens of the next cycle.

Quant (QNT): Institutional-Grade Interoperability with Upside Potential

Quant (QNT) is seeing growing interest amid the increasing relevance of real-world infrastructure. Currently, QNT trades at $105.

Recent catalysts include the rollout of its enterprise-grade interoperability platform, Overledger. It has also partnered with banks and tokenization initiatives that adhere to standards like ISO 20022.  According to CMC AI, Quant recently participated in banking-industry trials. At the same time, it launched a “QuantNet” bridge for tokenized and traditional finance on November 22. Despite risk-off sentiment across the crypto market, QNT’s demand from institutions and its tight supply base make it more resilient than many altcoins. In the past month, QNT has surged 30%. In the past day alone, it has climbed over 9%. Its current momentum offers an opportunity for retail investors to key into.

Telcoin (TEL): Regulatory Milestones Fuel Mobile Finance Growth

TEL has become a noteworthy crypto in 2025. It’s not just hype, but real infrastructure developments and regulatory milestones. On November 13, Telcoin secured approval to become a U.S. Digital Asset Bank. This gives it the authority to issue a fully backed stablecoin (eUSD) and bridge traditional banking with blockchain‑based finance.

Since that approval, TEL spiked. It briefly jumped over 95% in 24 hours, showing that markets reacted to this credibility boost. Moreover, Telcoin’s ecosystem is expanding beyond regulatory headlines. The project is preparing a public blockchain mainnet under the governance of a telecom operator. It’s aiming to provide mobile money and remittance infrastructure worldwide. At today’s price of $0.0053, TEL offers a low‑cost entry point with potentially large upside. This is likely to be the case if adoption scales in emerging markets or demand for stablecoins surges.

Conclusion

With XRP down, retail engagement is slipping. As a result, investors should consider alternatives with stronger traction, clearer narratives, and better upside potential.  Quant delivers institutional-grade infrastructure, while Telcoin secures regulatory breakthroughs. Meanwhile, Little Pepe combines meme culture with genuine blockchain utility, positioning it as one of the most exciting early-stage opportunities in this rotation.  For investors seeking the next major mover of the cycle, Little Pepe’s presale and rapidly expanding ecosystem make it one of the standout tokens to watch right now. Join the presale today at littlepepe.com before the next price increase.

New Zealand Dollar declines to near 0.5650 as dovish RBNZ overshadows US tariff relief

The post New Zealand Dollar declines to near 0.5650 as dovish RBNZ overshadows US tariff relief appeared on BitcoinEthereumNews.com. The NZD/USD pair drifts lower to around 0.5655 during the Asian trading hours on Tuesday. The New Zealand Dollar (NZD) softens against the US Dollar (USD) amid an imminent rate cut from the Reserve Bank of New Zealand (RBNZ). Traders await the release of the US September Nonfarm Payrolls (NFP) report later on Thursday.  The RBNZ cut the Official Cash Rate (OCR) to 2.5% at its October meeting after a larger-than-expected 0.9% contraction in Gross Domestic Product (GDP) for the second quarter of 2025. A further reduction of 25 basis points (bps) to 2.25% is widely anticipated at the next meeting on November 26, 2025. The RBNZ has already delivered a series of rate cuts throughout 2025 in an attempt to stimulate a struggling economy.  The prospect of the RBNZ’s aggressive rate-cutting policy overshadowed the US decision to roll back tariffs on Kiwi exports. This, in turn, could exert some selling pressure on the NZD and acts as a tailwind for the pair. In the near term Meanwhile, US President Donald Trump lifted tariffs on more than 200 food products in response to rising US grocery prices. On Sunday, New Zealand welcomed the announcement that it would remove additional tariffs on a range of New Zealand agricultural products, including beef, offal, and kiwi fruit.  Trump removed tariffs on New Zealand exports on more than 200 food products, including beef, amid consumer concerns about rising US grocery prices. It is worth about NZ$2.21 billion ($1.25 billion) annually.  Hawkish remarks from Fed policymakers ahead of a deluge of US economic data spooked traders and could weigh on the USD. Kansas City Fed President Jeffery Schmid said on Friday that monetary policy should lean against demand growth, adding that current Fed policy is “modestly restrictive,” which he believes is appropriate.  New Zealand Dollar FAQs The New…
