PANews reported on October 28th that GMGN co-founder Haze (@haze0x) posted on the X platform that GMGN recently experienced an external phishing attack. The attacker used a forged third-party token website to trick users into clicking on it and trigger unauthorized transactions. The issue has been completely resolved, the affected accounts have been restored to security, and similar phishing attacks have been completely blocked. This incident affected approximately 107 users. GMGN will fully compensate for the related losses and will be paid to users' GMGN accounts today.
